A woman of strong unwavering faith, and one who is never confused about the voice of the Lord and the calling on her life, Evangelist LaTosha Smith is walking without hesitation in the predestined path of the Lord.LaTosha Smith was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She was saved and filled with the Holy Spirit at the age of 16 and has been blessed with the gift of prophesy. She has been called by God to minister to women of all ages and to preach the word of God as an Intercessory Prayer Warrior.In 1997, Sis. LaTosha Smith became First Lady of Mountain Top COGIC when her husband, Elder C. L. Smith, answered his calling and opened the doors of a new ministry. Mountain Top COGIC later became Love Sanctuary Community Church. In 2004, First Lady LaTosha Smith was licensed as an Evangelist by Jurisdictional Supervisor and General Supervisor of Women, Dr. Barbara McCoo-Lewis. That same year was the dawning of a new direction that the Lord was taking her. She started the “Women of Vision” Ministry. Its main function is to uplift and encourage the hearts of God’s women everywhere and to provide a shelter for the needy.As the President of the Women’s Department at Love Sanctuary Community Church, Evangelist LaTosha Smith leads her women to be empowered, be prayerful, and to find their place in ministry. She is a strong believer that seeking the Lord through fasting and praying is an essential tool needed to aide in saving souls, and a way to guarantee that you will not die on the vine. She encourages them to be women of excellence and to show Godly qualities in everything they do.Evangelist LaTosha Smith has been happily married to Superintendent C.L. Smith for over 30 years.
